BUSINESS MODEL

The firm has a unique business model that provides complete structuring flexibility including the ability to complete direct minority and majority investments for companies up to $25 million+ total enterprise value (TEV), as well as sponsor majority recapitalizations and control buyouts/ purchases with complimentary capital pools for larger transactions up to $250 million+ TEV.
